About GLYC/GLSS

The Gull Lake Yacht Club continues to strive to meet or exceed our member’s expectations. As a family-oriented volunteer-based social organization dedicated to promoting water safety, education and enjoyment of sailing, boating and other water-related activities in a socially-inclusive environment, our primary objective includes:

Engage the entire Brainerd Lakes community in participating in fun activities at Gull Lake regardless of whether or not they live on the lake
Provide programs of interest to a broad demographic: individuals and families, as well as young and old
Offer programs centered around a balance of water-based recreational, social, and educational activities
Cultivate new programs and activities by partnering with existing community organizations

Each of the above is accomplished via a team oriented operating environment that focuses on the following GLYC vision statement:
