AVAILABILITY OF CLUB FOR MEETINGS AND SOCIAL GATHERINGS
The clubhouse is available for use by all members year-round. We welcome the use of the clubhouse for member and member sponsored events throughout the year. These events must be booked into the GLYC calendar and, when sponsored by a member, the Commodore or Manager must approve the outside group. Recognizing that the greater the use, the greater the wear and tear on the facilities, the club is available according to the following fee schedule:

Additional rental details:
- A check for Damage Deposit in the amount of $1000.00 is due at the time of booking payable to GLYC.
- 12, 60” Round Tables are available for $8 each, 100 plastic white folding chairs are available for $1 each.
- Prairie Bay is GLYC’s Official club caterer and must be used for all events, contact Nick Miller at
events@prairiebay.com
- Table linens, plates, glasses, flatware, etc. may be rented through a GLYC preferred vendor.
