On the Property of Gull Lake Yacht Club

GLYC is a volunteer based non-profit organization that relies heavily on membership driven fundraisers that support a variety of programs and activities. Our most recent fundraising success included a Capital Campaign ”Raising the Sails“ that helped build / pay for our new club house that is the home of both the Gull Lake Sailing School and Gull Lake Yacht Club.

The new building is a 5,600 square foot facility; 2,800 square feet on each floor. The main floor is able to host 150 people, 225 people including the covered deck areas. A gorgeous 11-seat bar and fireplace accommodate parties and internet users alike, along with a large catering kitchen with truck access to bring in equipment and services. The lawn adjacent to the building is the perfect place for a tent for larger parties or events with direct access to the clubhouse facilities. We are very proud of this beautiful new facility and believe that it will support our mission and membership for generations to come.
